How we use the information we collect

The way we use information about you depends on which products and services you use, what sites and communities you take part in, how you use them, and any communication you have with us.

To provide our services

Some information is a must-have for us to deliver our products and services to you. This includes contact details, user information and some technical information. Without this we would not be able to authenticate or contact you, provide customer service or integrate, operate and maintain the services we offer. We practice the principle of data minimisation, so only the information needed to run a smooth service and operation is used for these purposes.

To improve and personalise our services

Use of cookie data and other tracking technologies (but not tracking as in geolocation) are used to improve and personalise your experience in our online touchpoints. More about this and how you can turn it off in your browser in the section "Information we collect when you use our Services" earlier in this Privacy Notice.

We also combine some of the information we have about you, your company and your products which Fuse provide user interfaces for, to deliver personalised customer service, updates and offers. Direct communication as well as our Newsletters are typical mediums where this kind of information may be combined to create industry-specific content and offers.

To market, promote and drive engagement

We may use your contact information to notify you about relevant updates, news and offers regarding our services and products. We may also contact you about community activities, blog posts and events where partners are encouraged to contribute. Note that you can always opt out of promotional emails from Fuse. A link to opt out will be included in every promotional email.

Customer Support

We use your information to resolve technical issues you encounter, to respond to your requests for assistance, to analyze crash information, and to repair and improve the Services.

To protect our legitimate business interests and legal rights

Where required by law or where we believe it is necessary to protect our legal rights, interests and the interests of others, we use information about you in connection with legal claims, compliance, regulatory, and audit functions, and disclosures in connection with the acquisition, merger or sale of a business.

Legal Basis for Processing

At Fuse we only collect and process personal identifiable information when we have legal bases to do so as described in applicable EU laws. One or more of the following applies for all of our processing of personal information:
